Pros
If you are a South Indian speaking Maloo or Tulu (which are languages) you are going to do wonders!! Also if you be a dog who brings lots of curry and rice for your manager you will be safe even if you make huge blunders at work!!
Cons
Well honestly, the company management really doesn't care about their employees!! Even if you do wonders, the management pays such bad rate per hour that you are not going to make a living!! Due to this attitude the employees do not care about their customers!! It is sad environment inside the organisation, where by each one of the employee is unhappy and is always spreading negativity and talking you down!! The Management is to be blamed for this attitude!! Very authoritative and conservative management style!! No innovation techniques ever come at the counters!!
