Like many growing companies, communication seems to take a back seat at times.

Beautiful building and great staff. The concept is innovative and well thought out. The families are wonderful and the residents are fun. You become a part of an extended family

The corporation itself are unethical. It's unfortunate that the company really has no future under the current corporate leadership. They say one thing and do another. You build a trust in them and work hard to make the company a better place to live for the residents and work for the staff but no matter what efforts you put into the company, they will chew you up and spit you out and move on to the next person.
