Pay was good in my department but in other departments the pay was considerably less.

Less job stability in many departments and Saturdays were working too.

Only the basic pay that they give is ontime

They are classic example of the paradox theory. Showcases something to the world but is rotten from inside. Managers are old school and uneducated. No job security as well can lay off anytime
