      Great team. Dispatch and all office personnel are wonderful to work with. Benefits are amazing with matching 401k. Pay is good.

      Cons

      There aren’t any but I only had OTR options out of my area code. So I’m looking for local work now.

      Chaplin gossips on private information to everyone Managers are all best friends so it’s a good ole boys situation Blame supervisors for things that aren’t their fault Pay is not that good for the long hours Management gossips about everyone Supervisors bullying other supervisors Gossip is gospel doesn’t matter if there’s proof against it
