Pros -Flexible working hours -Management team is kind and will make sure you feel good. -Your opinion is actually appreciated and will be taken under consideration . -The CEO of the company doesn't act bossy at all , good leader. Strong character -You get to speak with people from all over the world , including your teammates. -If you work hard you will get rewarded for it -Overall strong culture and good people.

If you want to grow and be successful -Long working hours -You will need to be around your laptop at all times to react to issues and clients (which are worldwide) -Lots of stress - targets , revenue etc etc.
