Supportive leadership and great work-life balance, but pay is below average - Technical Integrations Analyst Tyler Technologies Employee Review

I've worked for a few SaaS companies over the past 10 or so years and Tyler stands out in a good way. Their managers/directors/executive team is the best I've worked with. They genuinely encourage employees and are always open to us learning more and taking on bigger projects if we want to. The work/life balance is great. There are lots of opportunities to move up or laterally internally as well.
