In my time with this firm, there was great attention to the needs and desires of clients while elevating the quality of the design, the response to the site/context and the long term experience within the built projects. All of this while respecting budgets and schedules. Within this context, I had the opportunity to be mentored directly by the principal which has been invaluable in my current position with another architectural firm.

People that I worked with at this firm benefited greatly from the rigor of the office as I did. However, like in any firm, those who could not lean into the work and needed excessive supervision did not succeed.
