Great organization to work for, excellent benefits and sense of family - Planner TxDOT Employee Review

Tough to get bigger salary increase unless you move positions. Budgets for merits are limited; but this is the case with many state employee jobs. Benefits, time paid off, work from home options far outweigh these cons in my opinion.
