      Pros

      Their teacher support team are superb, really helpful and very understanding Unlike many other companies they keep an open mind when it comes to disputes (students not happy with classes, class got interrupted due to tech issues, etc.) They are basically looking after their teachers and they are very transparent Always pay on time with no hassle

      Cons

      Nothing, really, I suppose the pay could be a bit higher since they do require high level of language proficiency, but at least they are super open and honest about it
