      Turbohire is full of extreme hustle bustle, which provides a great learning curve.

      Cons

      - A lot of office politics - Endless hours of working, no time for a personal life - No appreciation for hard work - No sense of reward - A lot of promises will be made, none will however be kept

      Pros

      An amazing place to learn, grow, and work with genuinely great people. A high-ownership, high-learning environment with an even better team and culture. One of the best teams and cultures I’ve worked with in HR tech. Challenging, rewarding, and supportive a great place to build your career. Strong product, strong people, and a culture that truly stands out.
