      Great mission, vision, and values. Great benefits and pay in comparison to other ECE jobs. Friendly staff.

      Cons

      Not enough support for challenging behaviors. Management is great at talking and making things sound great, but not so great at doing. They're worried about all these changes to our environments and studies rather than dealing with things that are actually problems.

      Breaks can be hard given low staffing Don’t get to pick your co-teacher 3 staff in a room is hard.
