Pros
Company strength :- Fresh candidates with no background of technical knowledge can also be selected with reference . For Freshers , its an added advantage. After learning they can jump ahead for a great future.
Cons
Seniors especially middle management , top management lack in communication gap to their subordinates . No Transparency in system , all jugaad procedures are hit here. Salaries are delayed & if you are late by 1 minute too your half day salary is cut. For Late too , all jugaad system is arrange already.
