Pros
Depending on what store you work at, you might be working with some good people. Most stores I've been to or worked at, not so much. Not a lot of personal accountability so if you're the kind of person who likes to not do really anything all day, this job is perfect for you.
Cons
Next to no accountability, especially for Senior Management. The corporate politics is almost insane. No rewards for those who work hard and stand out performance-wise.
