Pros

Leadership is focused on company growth, yet flexible and open to opportunities on how to best get there. Company is in a solid growth period. Very talented aviation industry peers are willing to help, collaborate and mentor. Analytics, data solutioning / migration and engineering maintenance engineering teams are top notch. Fast-moving projects reward employees who want to contribute to the success of the company, who want to learn and grow and try new approaches. Customer base includes top aviation companies. Leadership is supportive of employees. Inclusive work environment. Challenging work, with opportunities to be accountable and excel. Above average benefits. Snacks, great coffee and a play room keep it fun.

Cons

Hard, challenging work, including occasional long hours to hit customer requirements.

Pros

The everyday team member employees are great people to work with.

Cons

Bogus hybrid policy where most meetings are teams meetings regardless if you're in office or not. this entire policy was created to save value to a Pre-Covid office space that is 90% empty. Management forced the local employees to fill out ADA forms to remain fully remote while hiring fully remote employees that have no physical office location near them with no ADA Form required for full remote access Management feeds off employees looking to make a positive impact by agreeing to additional work tasks and projects without providing any meaningful recognition, promotions or raises. they provide annual merit increases that equate to below the annual inflation threshold. (Less than 5%) rendering them useless "raises" Management spends time "restructuring" and laying off employees expecting all their workload to be passed on to the workers remaining with little insight, training, or pay increases that creates a burnout
