Pros

Good support. New Offices. Good pay, and progression opportunities.

Cons

Unsocial working hours. Stuck on shift rotations that mean you have to work until 8pm every Friday when some colleagues finish at 5:30pm every Friday, which is unfair.

Pros

Pros are creating friendships through work and a sense of confidence and resilience. You have the opportunity to upskill and take those skills anywhere. The pay is alright

Cons

If you deal with mental health issues, it's probably not the best place to be, as 60% of the time, customers taker their anger out on you, because they can't see your face so they don't feel like you're real, so it's free game. Half of the time, it will feel like they string you along with the promises of upskilling, but will most of the time keep you at the bottom, and subtly side-skill you, just for a bit of silence for a bit, unless you're dedicating your entire life to this business, there's really not much career progression from a call centre operator, and next to no mental health services despite bleating on about mental health awareness.
