Pros
OMG THE ANTI-AGENCY HAS ARRIVED and it's BEAUTIFUL. This is a no-BS, kind and respectful place to work where everyone legitimately has your back rather than pretending to (and then secretly clawing you down when you're not looking). I love that this fully remote firm provides the ultimate WFH option for someone who never wants to step foot in another office for any length of time. I'm much more productive at home, and this agency empowers me to do my best work -- with a great team and great clients to boot! Trust Relations also lets you set your own schedule, to accommodate your work-life balance, and earnestly cares about this -- like to the point where you get in trouble for working too much, are sometimes gifted free days off when you accidentally do, and get a free meal on vacation if you DO NOT CHECK YOUR EMAIL OR SLACK. As someone who worked for many of the top PR firms in the past, I can tell you, this is not your typical agency culture! Trust Relations also wants everyone to succeed at what they do best. So people are encouraged to pursue the skills and roles they are passionate about and naturally excel at rather than trying to shoehorn people into fixed jobs. This really sets up everyone for success and ensures the team is excited to show up to work every day. It also means that team members can more or less choose their own destiny or adventure, and the agency will create their dream job or role for them (within reason). Finally, the agency also offers wellness, learning and developmental benefits and programs, and encourages team members to pursue whatever they want to get better at. Coming from someone who swore she would never work for another PR agency again, this place is like an answer to prayer!
Cons
Honestly can't think of any!
