They take you even without any experience, it’s a great training to work and to life. No way to not be excellent after this experience. They propose a CDI, can have bonus when the bank wins prizes.

The salary doesn’t évoluate in time. Once you’ve signed the CDI, it can last like that for years. You’ll have your permanent contract(that i call CDI) after one year of service.
