Pros
A place where you can truly be yourself, and have open discussions with your team and leaders about your career and personal development and improvements in the work place. You will be heard and respected for any ideas or productive debate. You are encouraged (if not even expected) to enjoy what you do at work, and to develop your life outside of work as well. They keep open finances so you always know how the company is doing financially.
Cons
The culture of continuous improvement at Trumpet is not for everyone. It's hard work and high expectations. No slacking off here! Being a relatively small company still it can feel like there are a lot of hats to wear sometimes and that there's always more to do. While career growth is strongly advocated for by the leaders, it can still be hard to break away from old job duties (another symptom of being a small company, I believe)
