terrible management, lots of unnecessary micro management

Good salary, flexible hours. Management allows you to work autonomously. The main headquarters is modern and offices are spacious. Good opportunity for training and they will pay for you to go to classes.

Poor strategic vision. Benefits are so-so. The company is floundering and will be subsumed soon. Avoid this company unless you like sinking ships. Office politics are damaging and are reflective of the lack of senior leadership. The 401K matching is middling and they only offer the basics when it comes to other benefits. The majority of employees have little communication expertise/background, and they were only able to get business via their 8A status.
