Pros
I'm less than year in, but I feel like I've grown a lot professionally at True Mechanical. It's a great environment where everyone's talented and get a lot of important work done, while still being able to mentor juniors like me, so I don't have a feeling of being left behind. I have a strong sense of fulfillment each day, knowing that all of my tasks contribute to True's goal of always making the best happen in all of our projects.
There's also no shortage of exciting company events that promote camaraderie among leadership and staff. I've been surrounded by smart and compassionate colleagues, and I'm grateful to continue to be working with all of them.
Cons
True is a growing a company, with the usual challenges that goes with this phase. However, I see it as an opportunity to innovate and think creatively. It's a good thing that internally, we are guided while we learn from our challenges and we have flexibility to explore solutions.
