Pros
Great food. Management works with you as long as you work with them. Paid training incentives. Ability to move up in the company (usually management-wise). You work with a ton of diverse individuals.
Cons
Can be a bit stressful (true with most restaurants), It's usually a 50/50 whether the place is overstaffed or understaffed. Sometimes management makes premature decisions, usually not in employee favor. Part-time benefits could be better. No overtime allowed (unless you're a server sometimes).
