Extremely Toxic work environment - Server True Food Kitchen Employee Review

Absolutely toxic management. You’ll always feel like you’re walking on eggshells regardless of what you do. Management likes to play favorites and you’ll know when you aren’t one. Turnover is extremely high at this location and it’s for a reason. I’ve seen many beautiful and hardworking people come and go because of sexual harassment and mistreatment from mostly management. They will not do anything to help. Schedule was never consistent and with that neither was the money. You were always over scheduled and have 3 table sections. Extremely high standards with no pay off.
