Pros

Good health benefits, pay is reasonable

Cons

Your business whether personal or professional is discussed with the entire office, this goes for everyone, therefore no personal confidentiality, therefore the company culture is less than professional, with 15 years of sales experience, I have never worked in an enviroment that was so toxic. Also, no proper training, you are expected to observe for a week and understand how interface the systems, however no formal training, that adds to the stress. I was really surprised to see that other employees including myself, like personal medical, and cercumstancial information was discussed openly, no reguard to hippa laws or employee confidentiality, just one violation after the other, very unprofessional, not what I expected, and nothing I’ve ever experienced, it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen, I got out of there as fast as I could!
