Pros

Can't think of many- by far the worst job I've ever had. If I had to say something was a pro it would be building relationships with coworkers.

Where do I begin.... Door to door sales in this day and age makes no sense, but TruGreen forces you to knock from 11am to 8pm Mon-Sat. I was ordered to knock doors until sunset during the summer, which was nearly 9pm. Be prepared to get yelled at daily just for doing your job. Most people are not happy to see a door to door salesman. Pay is not very good. Very small base salary around 30k and I'd say a decent rep would be lucky to make 5k in commission per year. They have reps aggressively upsell existing customers over the phone. This goes on for the entire fall/winter and early spring. You will be expected to make calls non stop to these people who have already been bothered numerous times through the year. Needless to say there was some heated customers and rightfully so. Overall, just a really bad experience for me, but to each their own.

Pros

The only pro I had was my local branch manager with awesome The rest of the company is awful

Cons

Forced to work long hours, forced to work in weather, the company does not care about state laws and regulations. really only cares about the revenue.
