Cons
-Beware the favoritism that will be shown to anybody with a Troy undergraduate degree -It was a personal playground for the "darlings"of Troy -The slightest incident and they will build a case against you to force you out - This was the most unorganized company I've ever worked - You have to know somebody to get promoted - You will not have a voice so don't speak up in meetings or voice any of your opinions - Old and out of touch people run the show and you will feel light years behind the competing schools you go up against - Only work here if you need flexible hours to plan for your future -Ask for a raise and it will be the death of you -They build value in titles not people. You will not rise through the ranks unless you the right people love you -Work for the Southeast region or for any of there so-called leaders and you will regret it
