Nice coworkers and flexible shifts, but poor management training - Team Member Tropical Smoothie Cafe Employee Review

Management did not train the employees properly. On my first week they did not train me at all and expected me to learn how to make the recipes on my own. When they finally trained me they assigned someone who had only been working there for a few days longer than me to train me. Management also was not that nice. There was super high turn over.
