      Pros

      The scheduling is very flexible and understanding, primarily because it's part time. Supervisors and management are really nice and chill people, they'll go to bat for employees.

      Cons

      There's definitely a season for this, wedding season is where you'd be the busiest and work every Saturday and Sunday for like 2 months. The off season is more spread out and it'd be more like every other weekend for a month or so?
