Pros

Free food when important people turn up

Cons

The promise of training , that you never get. Then you get reveiwed, then booted out for not fullfilling the role you were hoping to get trained to do. Very poor setup. Expected to get products made in a very small work area with forklifts lifting boxes and equipment over 15 metres in the air, right next to you. 1 - 30 minute break a day in a very small rest area, If you can get a seat. Otherwise you are on your feet all day. Constant online modules to get done. No time set aside for that.

Pros

In the era of Tritium 2.0, I’ve been quite impressed with our leadership. Tritium spent nearly all of 2025 fighting to earn trust back with clients around the globe. Heavy investments made in supply chain, advanced power modules, and global support teams. Leadership doesn’t pretend the past issues never occurred, but instead turn the page with a positive focus on what’s happening right now. HR does a wonderful job sending out pulse check surveys so our teams are heard. Each piece of feedback is read by the leadership team. Our factory employees have the power to make changes to increase efficiency and improve safety measures. Our remote employees feel connected and included with company events and giveaways. Overall, this has been my favorite place to work in my 15 year career across 4-5 different companies.

Cons

Unfortunately for Tritium, the market has cooled down overall. So while we are unveiling new products, the market so far doesn’t seem too interested in investing in new infrastructure. Hopefully things warm up, we really do have incredible technology. But the energy in the room is a nervous excitement.
