      Solid benefits including daily meals, built-in breaks, dogs at work, decent PTO. Tons of friendly and intelligent people on staff.

      Cons

      Rigid hours for all employees. Mandatory morning meetings. Mismatched expectations to pay. CEO micromanages and does not respond well to feedback.
