Pros

Snacks, nice co-workers, competitive pay

Cons

Be warned, this company treats people as disposable tools -- little to no respect, an incredibly toxic and negative environment. I was told the company was growing in my interview, after only 2 months not only did the C.O.O. resign but so did the lead engineer. After that two engineers were fired. This company is desperate for bodies and outsources a majority of their development. The leadership and direction are nonexistent, you will face the same constant challenges that never get resolved and constantly break the software. But the best part is there is zero accountability in the management and will be quick to blame everyone but themselves. The company acts like a start-up with all of the flaws and moving faster than they should -- but they've been around long enough to know better!

I am fortunate to work for a remarkable employer that prioritizes employee satisfaction. This company actively encourages innovative thinking, provides ample opportunities for career advancement, and fosters a collaborative and supportive workplace culture that makes every day both challenging and rewarding.

Pros

Smaller-company feel, majority of people very nice to work with. People go out of their way to help you, train you, be there for you. Small enough to still get to know and care about each other and create personal bonds.

Cons

President is involved in day to day which was negative due frequent disagreement with senior managers where president used unprofessional discordant language / tone. Also got the sense that president wanted only YES people around him and made sure to get that by having half staff with work visas, putting those employees at a disadvantage from day 1.
