Pros

Multi-staffing model and incredibly wide range of project work allow new employees the unique opportunity to learn across diverse project types, clients, and managers You won't ever get siloed at Trinity; but if you are passionate about one particular area or have good new ideas for better ways to offer innovative solutions to clients, leadership has shown a strong commitment to trusting and empowering employees to create unique paths within the company (e.g. in creating product offering innovation roles and new COEs). Incredible company culture--Trinity is not only an intellectually engaging where you are empowered to thrive but also just a downright fun place to work. Senior leadership gets "it." About half of the senior partners and the CEO started their careers at Trinity fresh out of college/grad school. Unlike a lot of other firms where a disconnect exists between leadership and junior staff, leadership team members at Trinity understand what needs to be done, how to do it, how long it will actually take, and most importantly what cannot be feasibly done. Exceptional training and mentorship programs and HR, IT, and other support staff are some of the best in the business

Cons

Hours can be long, especially if involved in short-term BD projects

Pros

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.

Pros

Good exposure to cutting edge innovation in life sciences industry, strong mentorship, some leaders genuinely care about you and your contributions

Cons

After associate Principal, the path to leadership is slow and vague. Burnout common among management team members. Large attrition seen in Senior Consultants and Engagement Managers and not enough is done to backfill with experienced hires
