Working in Rolfing Library: - Fun-loving atmosphere of teamwork and support among both student workers and full-time staff - Flexible schedule that works with students' shifting availability each semester - Clear instructions to help new workers master unfamiliar responsibilities quickly
Cons
During my time as an employee, budget restrictions resulted in significant turn-over and frequently changing roles for full-time staff across the campus. This resulted in a sense of organizational instability, loss of institutional memory, and insecurity for remaining employees.
