      Pros

      Working at Triggerfish does not feel like a chore. The people are great to work with and the work is challenging but rewarding.

      Cons

      Some of the pipeline integration needs a bit of TLC. The workflow needs a small rework to be more efficient.

      Pros

      - Extremely organized - Dailies - Great teamwork and a brilliant team

      Cons

      Remote access was quite slow with a lot of delay but I believe the biggest problem is because I'm in Brazil accessing the machines in South Africa.

      Pros

      Amazing people. Great company culture, you really feel like a part of a family. Work-life balance is fair.

      Cons

      Remote work can feel a little isolating sometimes, would be great to have more in-person meet ups. New job offers/contracts are done super last minute in my experience, it's a little frustrating being kept in the dark for so long.
