Pros

Off weekends. Training is good. Some co-workers were nice. Not really anything else to look forward too.

Cons

They pay you less than what most deserve. Most people have been there for 10 years+ and if you are not "a favorite" they will push you out the door. A lot much like high school- cliques- too much drama. Managers micro manage your every move. Open door policy is more like them turning everything around on you. All the CEO cares about is money is how it makes her look. Very stressful work environment with little to no support of management. Best part of the day was leaving and going home. Management is screwed up. Employees are scared to come forward.

Pros

The longevity or the internal staff is amazing. The staff truly cares about our clients and will always put their best foot forward to help with their needs. I have total support from the staff with any needs I have. I am located in NY and always need assistance from our staff

Cons

That I am not in the office for the day to day to get to know everyone better on a more personal note

Pros

There is nothing positive to say

Cons

Working for Tricom was a nightmare full of stress and anxiety. I have never felt so demoralized and demotivated in my professional life. The CEO does not speak well and often sounds unintelligent. She brings her personal problems to the office and from my experience is intoxicated at company events (even when clients are present) and generally behaves unprofessionally and inappropriately. She has no issue under paying her employees and then pressuring them to donate frequently to various charities, of her choice, under the company name, to benefit her reputation. If you are not a friend or family member of the CEO you need to be prepared to be treated unfairly. Most of the department managers have been with the company a long time and were given management positions for that reason alone. Most of them are incompetent as managers, provide little to no support in helping you in your role and are big on playing favorites. If you make a mistake you will be shamed in front of your department and possibly the entire company. There is a mission statement that is recited in the company meeting every Friday morning. Not only does it feel cult like, it’s mostly a lie. Working for Tricom and that CEO was an embarrassment. If you are good, hardworking employee who takes pride in your work DO NOT WORK HERE!
