Low pay; No recognition for doing a good job; The more you work the less they'll appreciate you; No work/life balance; You have to work 50-60 hours a week + weekends if you're salaried and they won't compensate you or give you a day off & if you complain they’ll make an HR file on you so they can fire you; HR is completely useless & will not listen to you; They'll promise you promotions & pay increase, but they'll never give it to you because they know how to come up with excuses to not give it to you; No good benefits or 401K...they'll only match if you're with the company over 2 years because they know it's a hell-hole and no one will stay that long; A lot of favoritism & racism...if you are not a tall skinny blond girl or a very good looking tall player white boy then don't bother applying...they hire ghetto black people from the projects who have no job experience just for diversity; No honesty; No ethics; They lie about everything including the business direction and the money they make; They lie about their sales & sales department lies to sell ads & they charge way too much; A lot of cooking numbers in all departments...wish someone could report them to SEC/FCC. They will tell you anything to make the company look good but it’s all a facade. They are just running on the good name that was once a good company. Too many incompetent manager who have no respect for anyone and no experience in what they were hired for…just bunch of highly paid douches; For a group of 6 people they are 4 manager!!!! The turnaround is very high; They will probably file another bankruptcy soon like before to embezzle all the money they keep hiding & then paying themselves; If you have respect for yourself and humanity, under any circumstances, even if you’re about to become homeless and just need a job, DO NOT work here!!!!!
