Regional Manager is a positive and uplifting person but also stuck in a hard position of dealing with day to day
chaos.
Cons
1. Lowest commission paid/salary
2. No benefits
3. If you enjoy screaming and cussing, doors slammed, no employee recognition, this might be the place for you.
4. Owner will either drive you over the edge with unrealistic exceptions and her temper or depending on which way the wind blows will terminate you with no write up, just because. Seen it happen to many times. 0 job security!
5. Owner has zero people skills
6. When on going problems occur and you bring it to owner's attention-she says she will take care of it but never does/empty promises/employees stop complaining and just look for other jobs
7. Zero job growth-no one sticks around
8. Construction is a joke and is always ongoing
