- Quarterly Incentive Program - HR works hard to boost employee morale by coordinating after hours events, send birthday gifts, Christmas gifts, etc.

Cons

- Very "cliquey" type of atmosphere - Will do anything in their power to make you quit so they don't have to fire you - Voluntary events are secretly mandatory - Undervalues employees - Inadequate training provided to new employees as well as employees transitioning into a new role - Inflexible on leave and time off policies
