Pros
Young minds, relaxed mood and environment, great people and some of the best talent in the city works here (some employees compete at Defcon, CEO was on Forbes 30 under 30 list, strong relationship with MS). Always open to the newest tech. Most amazing all-round penthouse terrace panorama next to the Danube in whole Budapest. Also we have basically almost unlimited food and drinks the whole week, and very relaxed work hours, you can come and go almost as you like as long as you do your stuff.
Cons
Noticeably lower salaries than in other bigger companies, especially for the senior ones, but if you are fresh and early in your career it might be okay considering all the pros listed above. (Of course this is only true in Hungary, where salaries compared to our western neighbors are ridiculously lower in average anyway)
