There is a lot of autonomy within the company to do work efficiently as you see fit, good ideas are always welcome, and there is a positive uplifting work culture. Continued learning and instruction is always provided. A positive work life balance is given, and the management holds a view of all people should enjoy where they work is part of the culture. All this considered, everyone is still held to a high standard to provide quality work to our clients.

Each role in the company may have a bit of overlap in terms of wearing different hats, so if you are not the type of person open to this and prefer rigid corporate structure, this is not that type of work environment.

The company owner, Omar, is a phenomenal man. Extremely caring, fair, and a pleasure to be around and work alongside. Always there when you need him. This morning he even helped jump my car. You're working for a company with an extremely high level of integrity. You can tell your client's honestly they're going to receive the best possible service because that's what is delivered. The company is doing well and growing. Each member of the team is easy to get along with and fun to be around. Were very accommodating to my schedule.
