      Pros

      Great benefits and vacation, a lot of really great people, opportunity to support multiple departments, and I loved building relationships with a great truckload carrier base. I was happy with my pay, I was able to move up within the company a few times.

      Cons

      Can require some longer hours during the busy season. Some of our customers would make some very difficult demands which can be stressful to navigate through.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
