      Pros

      I worked in a union shop so pay for the job was pretty nice.

      Cons

      Messed up paychecks. Had to keep track of my own hours. Heard stories of timeclocks not working properly and upper management trying to place responsibility on employee(s). Good bit of harassment from other employees, as well as other employees trying to usurp authority which they did not have. Was not given proper training for job I was hired to do even after months of being there. Couldn't understand what most of the people were saying half the time as they didn't know English very well. The list goes on...

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
