Working at Transjovan is an enriching experience due to the high-quality projects and fast paced learning environment provided. Employees across levels experience a steep learning curve and get a good exposure in terms of interacting with international clients on a regular basis. It is a merit-based organisation wherein everyone is assessed on the basis of the value they bring to the company

Pros

There is no workload becauze the bosses don't know how to get work

Cons

Too many to share. This is a classroom like environment where analysts run around like headless chickens and bosses just scream at them without any instructions. 2. The company claims to have offices in multiple cities but they only have none. 3. They will always manage to blame you for projects not coming in where as it the incapability of the "partner" 4. Don't call for company culture claims as they only have these mixers every 2 months which are compulsory. You have to sit for 3 hours in silence and listen to the partner talk - the senior analysts and associates seem to have given up and cannot be contacted for guidance - I worked on a project but it is not front office. You never get to speak to client - you get screamed at on the daily by either the partner or HR
