Commission goals are strategically just out of reach. They change it when too many are hitting the top payout. $18 an hour base pay and no raise or opportunity for more income after multiple years Outdated EVERYTHING, software, people, vision, goals & processes. They fix one big issue and ignore the 10 little issues that caused the 1 big issue. No upper upper corporate management is held accountable for doing a horrible job. Overseas call centers ruined the American Sears Brand name. Repairs rarely go smooth Elderly members are their bread and butter but no plan to attract the younger generations.
