Pros

- fast-paced web3 startup - huge upside potential, if you have equity and can make it over your cliff and they get funded - ceo + cto are founders that are very involved in day-to-day

Cons

- toxic culture of appeasing the men in charge with vanity metrics - always thinking + talking about their competitors - leadership takes 0 accountability - bullying + gaslighting is the norm - out of touch with the reality of healthy working culture today - regular silencing and abuse of power In the words of one leadership team member: "I don't know why there aren't more women here." And those of another: "I have a wife and beautiful daughter. There is no way I can be sexist."

Pros

- It's exciting to work in the Web3 space! - Opportunities to grow and learn within your role. - Leadership cares about employees. Transak is in an excellent position to become a major Web3 company in the upcoming years.

Cons

Not necessarily a Con, but it's a young company, so employee have to sometimes wear multiple hats and there are growing pains, as with every young company.

Pros

Global company with a diverse and inclusive culture. Transak is fast paced startup growing at the speed of light. Transak was founded by its CEO and CTO who are both very passionate about the product they built and love being team players. Both co-founders are very involved in the day-to-day operations of the company and ensure that its employees are empowered to be successful. Transak is a financial services company, and its senior management team works very hard to ensure that the company has the proper staffing as well as its licenses in the different countries. Because the company is a startup it also means that you get a lot of responsibility from day one, but what that really means is that you have major input into how the company succeeds.

Cons

Not everyone is cut for the fast pace and long hours of a startup. If you are looking for a set schedule, relaxed work environment and defined Job description than Transak is not the place for you.
