      Worked from home. Great pay and benefits. Didn't have to relocate to New York

      Worked from home rather then in the office. Company down sized and transferred their print media to digital format.

      Pros

      Great team of 11 people where everyone had multiple jobs and people had overlapping responsibilies. People were mtoivated to be leaders and there was room for compnay growth. This company was the little engine that could.

      Cons

      Company was sold and the the NY office closed.

      no career path, pay is low for entry level, mass leave will be deducted from annual leave, health cover is bad. low salary
