Decent place to work - Claims Specialist Trailer Bridge Employee Review

Lowish salary - not bad but not as high as at other companies and seems like it was hard to get a raise Kind of overpromise and underdeliver on things such as opportunity for promotions and growth and “family” work culture - company seems to be shrinking and not growing like I was told at first although I wasn’t there for as long as I was at other companies and it is a tough market and not everyone is understanding, respectful, and professional (I’d say 60-70% of people are great but the rest can be difficult to work with)
