Weekly pay, pretty relaxed depending on job site or who you’re with
Cons
-You could be at work for 16hrs and only get paid for 10hrs
-They barely train people
-Will make you team lead with no warning or pay increase
-The favoritism is crazy here like I've never seen a place run like this
-Going to the bathroom can be difficult depending on jobsite
-Hours fluctuate wildly
-There is minimal work in Baltimore area most jobsites are multiple hours away
-Could get put on storm duty (mandatory overtime) with no warning
I’ve never met a man that was a manager to his core. The ability to play people is fascinating. He’s like the one tells the truth the other lies riddle but with one person. Truly a pioneer doing the work of two like that. Must be why he expects his employees to do it as well.
I will say it’s not often he does it but when he does you have to beg in a verbose way as to not seem like you’re asking for help. Most days he wasn’t a bad manager but it was those bad times that stick out so vividly. He seems to greatly enjoy toeing the line. Whether he truly enjoys it or it’s simply a result of his position who knows but nevertheless he’s a terrible manager in my opinion.
He is a different manager for almost every employee. No two people have the same experience from what I saw. Just telling dozens of people completely different things all day.
