Work life balance is applicable to Europe and USA. Asia managers does not believe in it.

* Interdepartmental hostility and insecurity * Managers needs to take Communications courses. They need to stop bullying their subordinates. * Company needs to work on the evaluation process and install 360° evaluation. * Job stability is a big issue which lead to collageues reportting on each other to their managers. * Hr and bosses act very unprofessionally if an employee leaves the company.
