Glad to be making a difference regarding climate change, but upper management is out of step with the market. There is no paid lunch break for salaried employees. They expect a full 8 hours every day, even if your work has been completed. Salaried positions in my city typically offered at least 30 mins paid lunch, which is also normal for all of my friends and family that are salaried.
