Not everybody will like having the company headquarters, sales office and marketing in three different countries (Finland, Ireland, USA) - line staff in different offices don't often see each other in person and distinct office cultures exist in each location; it's still a startup, so senior managers do a lot of "delegating to themselves" (so: not for everyone!)
